



With more active listings on the market, the median prices that sellers were able to secure for single-family homes across much of the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado fell year over year in May, according to new data from Loveland-based multiple-listing service Information and Real Estate Services LLC.
The median sales price for single-family homes in Boulder was $1,376,500 in May, down 1.7% year over year.
There were 70 homes sold on 248 active listings, 5.1% more listings than in May 2024.
In Estes Park, the median May sales price was $750,000, down 3.4% from the same month last year.
There were 23 homes sold last month on 193 active listings, 35.9% more listings than May 2024.
Fort Collins homes fetched a median sales price of $610,000 last month, down 6.2% from May 2024.
There were 260 homes sold in the city in May 2025 on 742 active listings, 19.1% more listings than the same month last year.
The Greeley-Evans market posted a May median sales price of $448,025, up 1.8% from the same month last year.
The market saw 125 homes sold last month on 319 active listings, 45% more listings than in May 2024.
Homes in Longmont sold for a median price of $668,500 last month, an increase of 7.9% from May 2024.
There were 74 homes sold in the city in May 2025 on 190 active listings, 28.4% more listings than the same month last year.
Houses in the Loveland-Berthoud market sold for a median price of $555,127 in May 2025, 5.1% lower than the same month last year.
The market had 153 sales on 524 active listings last month, a 41.2% year-over-year increase in listings.
