Longmont police arrested Jordan Pratt in late February for reportedly possessing child sex abuse material on a Nintendo game console.

Pratt, 28, is accused of five counts of sexual exploitation of a child — possession of an image or video.

Pratt is set for an arraignment on April 25 and was released from custody on a $25,000 personal recognizance bond.

According to an affidavit, detectives with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office were assigned regarding a case involving the possession of child sex abuse material.

Investigators later learned that Pratt, whose preferred name is Stefani, was reportedly storing child sex abuse material on a Nintendo DS and had accessed the material between March and November 2024.

Investigators obtained a search warrant Jan. 29 for the Nintendo DS and during forensic analysis of the game console, they “located approximately 5,000 to 7,000 image files which contained clear and unambiguous (child sex abuse material) content”, according to the affidavit.

According to the affidavit, the images consisted of sexual exploitation of hundreds of different children who appeared to be between the ages of 3 and 17 years old and were both boys and girls.

An arrest warrant for Pratt was signed Feb. 19 and the warrant was canceled on Feb. 20 when Pratt was taken into custody, according to court records.
