Passed away peacefully two months shy of her 91st birthday on October 20, 2025. Born in Brandon, MN to Olof and Ellen (nee Peterson) Haglund, loving wife of 55 years to Howard Wittnebel, and incredible mother of four incomparable (in her eyes) children. She is survived by her sister, Jane Eitland, children Lonny Wittnebel (Heather Lees), Lori Deitz (Craig Ukman), Larry Wittnebel (Sarah) and Lorne Wittnebel (Sheri), eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren. R’Lou reveled in family activities, “cute stories”, card games, garage sales, and is bringing her dancing shoes to heaven to join Howard for an eternal Polka festival.<br><br>A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, December 8 at South Shore Trinity Lutheran Church, White Bear Lake – 10:00am visitation, 11:00am service, with lunch to follow.<br><br>Interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Garfield, MN.<div></div><br>
