Robbery: On Oct. 25 at around 5:50 p.m., officers responded to a store on the 100 block of Main Street for the report of a vehicle that ran into a building. When they arrived, they found a vehicle driven by an adult female revving the engine, trying to flee. The female was identified as Gena Guillen, a 21-year-old Woodland resident. Guillen refused to exit the vehicle, which was locked. A window was broken out, and Guillen was arrested. The investigation was conducted, which showed Guillen had stolen several bottles of alcohol from the store and fled to the vehicle. Guillen was there with a male, identified as Michael Perez, a 24-year-old Woodland resident. Guillen had been stopped by loss prevention so she yelled for Perez to fight loss prevention so she could get away.

Perez began fighting, and Guillen fled to the car, where she crashed into the building. Perez was arrested for battery of the loss prevention personnel. Guillen was arrested for robbery and resisting/delaying officers. Guillen and Perez were booked into the Yolo County Jail.

Battery on a peace officer: On Oct. 28 at around 12:08 a.m., officers contacted a male who they witnessed throw paraphernalia on the ground. Officers attempted to take the male into custody and he began fighting. One officer received minor injuries, however the male was taken into custody. The male was identified as Austin Krein, a 31-year-old Woodland resident. Krein was booked into jail for possession of paraphernalia and resisting/delaying officers.

Battery on a peace officer: On Oct. 28 at around 12:47 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area near E. Gum Avenue and Ross Drive for the report of a male breaking into vehicles. They arrived and located the male, Jose Vazquez, a 29-year-old Woodland resident. Officers attempted to detain Vazquez and he began fighting. The officers were able to take Vazquez into custody. The investigation showed Vazquez had opened several car doors, challenged to fight residents in the area and stole several items. Vazquez was arrested and booked into the Yolo County Jail for resisting/delaying an officer, theft, and prowling.

HOST made 79 contacts and offered services to 26 individuals, 8 accepted services. HOST tagged 25 camps and cleaned up 11. HOST conducted 9 downtown patrols.
