With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Bob Chimenti, a devoted husband, father, “Papa”, and friend. Bob was a humble man, known for his great sense of humor, and unwavering integrity.
An accomplished athlete, Bob excelled, in many sports, beginning as an all-state basketball player. He was a skilled sporting clays marksman and found joy in bicycling, racquetball, running, skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. He and his beloved wife of 45 years, Kate, shared countless adventures, traversing miles together as best friends, playmates and soulmates.
Bob dedicated 35 years to the practice of endodontics, bringing comfort and care to countless patients with his gentle expertise and steady hands.
Above all, family was the heart of Bob’s life. He was always there to offer wisdom, love and a steady presence.
Our family cabin will forever hold memories of him chopping wood, shoveling snow and gathering gear for another day of adventure.
With broken hearts, we say goodbye to a wonderful, generous and humble man who made the world abetter place simply by being in it.
Bob is lovingly remembered by: - Kate, his wife -Megan and Kevin O’Connor, daughter and son-in-law and granddaughters Esme and Willa - Claire and Jonathan Tran, daughter and son-in-law and grandsons Carter, Jensen and Colston His legacy of love, adventure and kindness will live on in all who knew him.
