Tinley Park is hiring more consultants, this time to study if the village should hire more staff. The consultants should ask residents if they are satisfied with the already-bloated inefficient village departments. We don't need more village staff, we need more efficient staff at current or even less levels.
Two recent examples of government out of control: Orland Park raising the mayor's salary from $40,000 to $150,000 and Tinley Park spending $85,000 to report it has that they have music in the village.
So, the Dems/liberal left Marxists/communists are attempting to paint Mr. Trump as a sexual predator, and when reminded that Bill Clinton was impeached (for lying under oath) and because of his sexual exploits, they claim that Bill is “not running for president.” So, with that spurious logic. It was OK for Bill and his sexual exploits when he was the president? Hypocrisy at its best. And for the liberal left, that has hijacked the Democratic party and has gone left, to say Hillary has stood by her immoral husband and supports the sanctity of marriage, is one (an another Clinton) lie. She is in it for the power. I sure as heck don't want my daughter to be like Hillary Clinton. But what difference does that make? The Clintons have had their run, and sullied the White House.
I will be so happy when this disgusting election is over. I am not a fan of Hillary Clinton, but seeing Donald Trump on television news day after day is absolutely appalling. What a poor example of a human being. He accuses his opponent of lying, yet 70 percent of what he was saying during the last debate was found to be inaccurate. Every one of his solutions lack clarity or facts. Tax cuts favor the extremely wealthy, and his budget plan does not add up. He belittles people, is rude, arrogant, insulting and lacks the class to be leading our government. If you really think he cares about the middle class, you are sadly mistaken. The man has all the attributes of a snake oil salesman. I know we need change in government, but if this is the best we have to offer, count me out.

It's sad that so many people really, truly believe that Hillary Clinton will bring real change to this country. She's not going to increase taxes on the wealthy, the same people who donated millions of dollars to her campaign and the Clinton Foundation. She isn't going to make college more affordable, and I highly doubt that she's going to wave a magic wand and lower the sky-high Obamacare premiums. She isn't going to do a thing to fix our country's crumbling infrastructure, or strength our military. It's sad to see so many people duped into believing such a tremendous lie, which is the Clinton campaign. Trust me, she's no miracle worker.
After seeing all the celebration, screaming, yelling and elation from rabid sports fans, I have to wonder about all of them who are parents. Were they that happy when their first child was born?

As a lifelong Sox fan, I want to congratulate the Cubs on a fantastic season. Even if they don't win it all in the World Series, it should not detract from what was a phenomenal season. I think I can speak for many Sox fans who will be rooting for the Cubs to win it all.

What scares me is how the media continue to print the ideas of a “liberal or conservative” Supreme Court. The great men who founded this country would be astounded. The very concept that gives the Supreme Court a subjective slant is inherently diametrically opposed to its existence. Liberal or conservative Supreme Court promotes a subjective bias that mocks the process.
