Disneyland has released the full tasting menu lineup for the Food & Wine Festival, which will bring California-centric food, beer and wine; celebrity chefs; and Disney characters dressed in their best foodie attire.
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs through April 21 with local, celebrity and Disney chefs offering cooking tips during culinary demonstrations, tasting seminars and signature events. Marketplace booths will offer small plates highlighting California-grown ingredients.
California Adventure eateries and food stands as well as Downtown Disney restaurants will also serve festival fare.
This year the festival drops from 10 marketplace booths to eight — with the D-Lish, Earth Eats and Nuts About Cheese booths gone from the lineup, and the new Mercado de Antojos joining the mix.
Sip & Savor passes are back that allow visitors to purchase a prepaid card with eight or four digital coupons good for individual items at food and beverage stands throughout the event.
Disney has not released prices for the Sip & Savor cards, but last year they cost $61 for eight items with a $5 discount for Magic Key annual passholders, and $31 for four items with no passholder discount.
Fans of the classic Soarin’ Over California will get another chance to hang glide over Napa Valley, Monterey Bay and Redwood Creek when the classic version of the flight simulator ride returns during the fest.
Here’s the festival menu lineup of more than 30 Sip & Savor tasting-size portions.
Festival marketplace booths
The eight food booths along the parade route offer small bites suited for sampling and sharing as you wander the festival.
California Craft Brews: Lemon pepper wings with garlic ranch. Sloppy Joe slider with plant-based beef and cheese. California Punch with mango puree, guava nectar, cucumber syrup and lemon juice garnished with a mango chile lollipop.
Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo: Asa’Dos with grilled skirt steak and chipotle chicken with Spanish rice and salsa verde
Garlic Kissed: Sirloin Gruyere mac and cheese with black garlic chimichurri and garlic butter crunch. Huckleberry-Citrus Cooler with huckleberry and agave syrups, grapefruit soda, lemon and orange juices and iced tea garnished with an orange wedge.
Golden Dreams: Musubi fried rice with Aulani-inspired steamed rice with egg, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo and furikake. Cherry cobbler pot de creme with vanilla custard, cherry filling and oat crumble. Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew with Mexican coffee, oat milk, demerara, maple and brown butter syrups, topped with blueberry sweet cream, garnished with cinnamon-flavored cereal crumble.
LA Style: Mini LA Street Dog with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish, applewood smoked bacon and crisp onions. Western barbecue burger bao with sweet barbecue sauce, applewood smoked bacon and crisp onions.
Mercado de Antojos: Birria mac and cheese with onion-cilantro sauce and tortilla crunch. Cafe de Olla tres leches cake with piloncillo chantilly, cinnamon and a Mickey-shaped cookie. Raspberry horchata with almond and cinnamon syrups, rice pudding, milk and condensed milk garnished with skewered raspberries.
Peppers Cali-Ente: Shrimp Papas Locas with cheddar-bacon potatoes, jalapeño cheese sauce and spicy shrimp featuring Tajin chipotle sauce. Corn chip chili pie with seasoned plant-based beef, spicy cheese sauce, tomatoes, sliced jalapeños and cream.
Uncork California: Chocolate Mickey-shaped macaron filled with caramel ganache made with Snickers bar pieces

Aunt Cass Cafe: Burrata toast on sourdough with onion jam, burrata, tomatoes, arugula and balsamic glaze
Award Wieners: Mini LA Street Dog with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish, applewood smoked bacon and crisp onions
Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta: Pineapple and coconut cheesecake topped with pineapple jam, pineapple mousse and a maraschino cherry
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream: Strawberry shortcake with angel food cake, vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, whipped topping and fresh strawberries
Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill: Strawberry horchata with cinnamon and strawberry puree
Cozy Cone Motel: Corn chip chili pie with seasoned plant-based beef, spicy cheese sauce, tomatoes, sliced jalapeños and crema
Paradise Garden Grill: Chicken taquito ahogado served in salsa verde with Spanish rice, avocado crema, sour cream, pickled onion, cotija and cilantro. Al pastor tacos with pineapple-achiote-marinated pork, avocado spread and tomatillo salsa served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco. Lime parfait with layers of graham cracker crust, lime cream cheese mousse and lime-orange gelee topped with chantilly.
