SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

DUI: Jessie P. Brunell, 32, of Willits, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

BURGLARY: Norman J. Fazenbaker Jr., 42, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of burglary, resisting, vandalism and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Sara J. Judice, 38, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Luis Lopez Sarceno, 38, of Trinity County, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence with priors, illegally carrying a loaded and concealed firearm, possessing a controlled substance while carrying a loaded firearm and of failure to appear. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

DUI: Bartolo Pacheco, 28, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

DUI: Guilmar Silva Olozagaste, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of failure to appear. He was arrested by the CHP.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Lawrence A. Texeira, 45, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Aug. 18 on suspicion of domestic violence and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.

DRUG SALES: Ismael F. Garcia, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 19 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, possessing an assault weapon, possessing marijuana for sale, cultivation of marijuana and cruelty to a child. He was arrested by multiple agencies.

BURGLARY: Allison M. Fullbright, 29, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Aug. 21 on suspicion of burglary, ID theft, and possession of a controlled substance. She was arrested by the UPD.

TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Fortunata C. Iannetta, 46, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 21 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, escape and failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Hugo Muniz, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 21 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI, evading and for violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

FALSE IMPRISONMENT: Aaron S. Oresco, 38, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 21 on suspicion of false imprisonment and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the UPD.

ARSON: Russell W. Bond, 60, of Alaska, was booked at county jail Aug. 22 on suspicion of arson. He was arrested by the FBPD.

DUI: Brandon R. Kennedy, 36, of Kelseyville, was booked at county jail Aug. 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

BURGLARY: Gerrell O. Scribner, 38, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Aug. 22 on suspicion of burglary and of vehicle theft. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Cory J. Harland, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 24 on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment and criminal threats. He was arrested by the MCSO.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Abimael Serna Castillo, 27, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 24 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

DUI: Luis A. Barragan, 25, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the UPD.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Policarpio V. Galaviz Rodriguez, 47, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of attempted robbery, brandishing an imitation firearm and of possessing both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the UPD.

DUI: Bernabe Moreno Rivera, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Joshua S. Slaughter, 27, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of domestic violence and false imprisonment. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Cheryl M. Turner, 56, of Ukiah was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and of making criminal threats. She was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Frank A. Van Ranken Jr., 55, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.

Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
