



Josh Hubbard scored 25 points, reserve Claudell Harris Jr. added 12 of his 15 points in the second half and host No. 21 Mississippi State beat No. 7 Texas A&M 70-54 on Tuesday night.
The Bulldogs (19-7, 7-6 Southeastern Conference) began the second half with a 14-3 run to grab control en route to their first win this season over a top-10 foe.
Zhuric Phelps scored 13 points for the Aggies (20-6, 9-4). Wade Taylor IV and C.J. Wilcher each had 11 points, but Wilcher was scoreless after halftime.
NO. 2 FLORIDA 85, OKLAHOMA 63: Walter Clayton Jr. scored 18 points, Will Richard added 14 and the host Gators steamrolled the Sooners for their fifth consecutive victory. Alijah Martin chipped in 14 points off the bench for Florida (23-3, 10-3 Southeastern Conference).
Jeremiah Fears led Oklahoma (16-10, 3-10) with 22 points and five rebounds.
NO. 5 HOUSTON 80, ARIZONA STATE 65: L.J. Cryer scored 18 points, Emanuel Sharp added 17 and the visiting Cougars dominated the Sun Devils.
Houston (22-4, 14-1 Big 12) moved up a spot in the latest AP Top 25 after grinding out a 62-58 win over No. 19 Arizona on Saturday.
Alston Mason had 26 points to lead Arizona State (12-14, 3-12).
NO. 8 IOWA STATE 79, COLORADO 65: Milan Momcilovic and Dishon Jackson scored 13 points each as the host Cyclones beat the Buffaloes.
Joshua Jefferson and Tamin Lipsey added 12 points each for Iowa State.
Bangot Dak scored 20 points to lead the Buffaloes (10-16, 1-14).
TCU 69, NO. 9 TEXAS TECH 66: Noah Reynolds scored 16 points, including the last seven for the host Horned Frogs, as TCU upset the Red Raiders.
Reynolds’ turnaround jumper with 11.6 seconds left was the first field goal in more than four minutes for TCU (15-11, 8-7 Big 12) and put the Horned Frogs ahead 68-63. Trazarien White also had 16 points for TCU.
Darrion Williams had 21 points to lead the Red Raiders (20-6, 11-4).
NO. 14 MICHIGAN STATE 75, NO. 13 PURDUE 66: Jase Richardson had 12 points and Frankie Fidler scored 11, leading the host Spartans to a win over the Boilermakers.
Michigan State (21-5, 12-3 Big Ten) has won three of four to pull within a half-game of conference-leading and 12th-ranked Michigan.
Trey Kaufmann-Renn scored 24 points for Purdue (19-8, 11-5).
BYU 91, NO. 23 KANSAS 57: Richie Saunders scored 22 points to lead the host Cougars to a rout of the Jayhawks. Trevin Knell added 15 points to help BYU (18-8, 9-6 Big 12) get its third straight win.
Hunter Dickinson had 12 points for Kansas (17-9, 8-7).
WOMEN
NO. 24 OKLAHOMA STATE 68, UTAH 64: Micah Gray scored 18 points and made four 3-pointers, Praise Egharevba had 10 points and 11 rebounds and the visiting Cowgirls beat the Utes. Anna Gret Asi added 15 points for Oklahoma State (21-5, 11-4 Big 12).
Gianna Kneepkens led Utah (20-6, 11-4) with 16 points.
