Jim Williams hit 100-years-old on June 16th! A big party was held on June 15 celebrating this milestone. Jim received proclamations and certificates from the town of Paradise, Congressma Doug LaMalfa, State Senator Brian Dahle and the California-Hawaii Elks Ruler; and congratulatory letters from Assemblyman Gallagher and President Trump.
