.78 years old, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 24, 2025 after her battle with cancer. Katherine was born and raised in St. Paul East Side and resided in Hugo.<br><br>Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Agnes Rucci; brother Joseph Rucci Jr. Survived by her husband, Dennis Dugan of 54 years; children, Gary (Tracy), Kimberly, Tami, Trevor (Lisa) and April; (10) grandchildren; (12) great-grandchildren; (1) great-great grandchild; siblings, Maryann, Patrick, Lorraine, Michael and Nick. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the family.
