Beyoncé gives $2.5M for fire relief

Beyoncé will donate $2.5 million for wildfire relief efforts, the superstar singer announced on her Instagram post on Monday, as other artists also are coming with contributions to help Southern California communities devastated by wildfires.

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis pledged money for relief efforts, announcing a $1 million contribution, and others, including actor Michael Douglas, reality TV star Betheny Frankel, and different members of the Kardashian family, also announced plans to donate unspecified amounts.
