Passed away unexpectedly in her home on April 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Ethel; sister, Arlene Loeber; and husband, Lowell. She is survived by her son, Scott; nieces Shelley (Martin) Jokinen, Renee (Jay) Swanson.<br><br>While Joyce worked in her young adult life as a lab and x-ray technician, she gladly left that work to be a fully present and devoted mother to Scott. In later years, she enjoyed walking and traveling (especially to Arizona and Hawaii), and spending time in the sunshine. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, and she volunteered at the church Book Nook for over 30 years.<br><br>Funeral service will be 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 16 at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior.<br><br>Interment at Fairview Cemetery.<br><br>Memorials preferred to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Stillwater or donor’s choice.<div></div><br>
