Kim Michaelene Lebar, 92, died peacefully on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Kim was born on April 28, 1932 in Korea and survived the Second World War and the Korean War. She came to the United States in 1962 and received her citizenship in 1972. She is survived by her sons: Tony Lebar, Michael Lebar, Mark Lebar and her sister Sun-hi Yuam, and longtime companion Steve Hopper. Viewing for Kim Lebar will be held at the Alta Mesa Funeral Home on Thursday, November 7 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. A memorial mass will be held at St. Athanasius Church in Mountain View on November 8th at 10:00 AM and Burial at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery at Noon.
