Frances Lorene (Bay) Riner passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at age 97 in Scotts Valley, California. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Roy Riner (in 1998), her husband Richard Stuart (in 1950) and her beloved daughter Peggy Kathleen Teal (Stuart) in 2005. She is survived by herchildrenMichael Stuart, Cindy Okinczyc (Riner) and Robin Gabriel (Riner) as well as ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren.

Frances lived in Paradise, CA, for 30 years previously living in Santa Clara for over 30 years.

Generous, kind, extremely intelligent, and always smiling, Frances will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
