Correction

The timeline in Friday’s newspaper on the Rice Creek Commons/TCAAP development included some inaccurate dates for events in the project. They should have been:

In 2022 Ramsey County rejected the development plan — agreed to by Alatus and Arden Hills — for the site citing a lack of housing density. And, in 2023 Arden Hills and Ramsey County began meeting again on development plans for the site and additional housing is considered.
