The Rooftop Rodeo is off to a speedy start in Estes Park, with the show’s first three nights drawing enthusiastic crowds and top-tier competitors. And today’s streets were awash with pink with the annual Paint Estes Pink Parade, celebrating breast cancer awareness and community spirit.
The PRCA-sanctioned “Rodeo with Altitude” kicked off on Saturday, under clear mountain skies. Night one featured a “Fiesta Night,” adding to the festive atmosphere, while vendors and food trucks lined the perimeter of the event where a live band entertained after the show.
Contestants tackled events ranging from bull riding to the ever-popular mutton bustin’. Attendance continued strong, bolstered by near-perfect weather conditions throughout the night.
