A look at Returned Citizens’ new online show

How have our family members, ancestors (both known and unknown) and others shaped who we are? In what ways have our relationships helped or hindered us? How can we choose to move forward with a sense of freedom and empowerment, given what we’ve experienced in the past? These are some of the questions that will be explored in Marin Shakespeare’s Returned Citizens’ Theater Troupe’s show at 8 p.m. Monday on Zoom. The free event, “Embracing Our Past To Freeing Our Futures,” will also include music and a Q&A after the show. The link to register can be found at facebook.com/MarinShakes.

The performances will be:

• “Relative Shakespeare,” written and performed by Losdini Meza

• “Ancestry Relationships,” written and performed by Ray Ray Wooden

• “William,” written and performed by Richie Morris
