The U17 Grizzly Futsal team was one of 147 teams that traveled to Overland Park, Kansas, to participate in the 2017 United States Youth Futsal National Championships. Although they were the only community team in the tournament, the Grizzlies took third place in the nation in the U17 boys division, coming out ahead of futsal club teams from areas as far and wide as Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, and Grand Rapids, MI.
