Charlotte J. Mencke, 84 of Sharon Center passed away Nov. 14, 2016.

She was born in E. St. Louis July 22, 1932 to the late Charles and Lyda Young and Step-mom, Elva Young.

She loved to cook, especially loved the holidays when her family were all together.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mencke, that she dearly loved, and step-mom Elva Young.

She is survived by her children: Julie (James) Ferguson, Jan (Diane) Mencke, Chip (Lucy) Mencke and Karen (Bob) Sobczak. She has 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great- great child.

She will be deeply missed by her children that loved her dearly.
