Kenneth E. Moehring, 66, lost his year-long battle with lung cancer on May 16, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born on Feb. 20, 1951 in Cleveland to Lawrence and Lola (Dyke) Moehring. Kenny worked for RTA. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart recipient. He enjoyed working for the animals with Dick Goddard and his favorite color was purple.

Kenny is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Erica (Textor) Moehring; his loving daughter, Elizabeth Moehring; mother, Lola; brothers, Larry and James Moehring; his sisters, Darlene (Dennis) Gnant , Peggy Speck and Cindy (Dave) Pavlovic; many nieces and nephews; and his numerous pets, past and present.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence.
