Mildred I. Sullivan, 71, of Litchfield, passed away June 11, 2017. Milly was born in Cleveland on Aug. 24, 1945 to the late Herman and Dorris Reinke.

She has been a lifelong resident of Medina County. Milly was the second woman to join the Erhart Fire and Rescue department and worked actively for many years serving the York Township community. Milly and her late husband, David, proudly served as caretakers of the York Township Cemetery for many years. Milly had been a former manager of Angie’s Pizza in Brunswick, but retired from Wolff Bros. Supply, Medina, where she worked for many years. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens. Milly had a great love for all her beloved animals big and small.

Milly is survived by her daughter, Betsy Myers, of Cleveland; grandchildren, Michael Myers, Cassandra Myers and Jaymie High; great-grandchildren, Mason, Chloe and Jaylee Myers; brothers and sisters, Dan Reinke of West Salem, Bruce Reinke of Lafayette Township, Gail Cantrell of Tennessee and JoAnn Jones of Texas; nephews and nieces, Michael Thompson, Pam (Dan) Reinke-Smith, William Reinke, Bruce Reinke Jr., Shawn Reinke, Tim Reinke; many great nieces and nephews; and god-daughter, Tracy (Darren) Laux.

Preceded in death by her husband, David Sullivan, in 2011.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the Erhart Fire and Rescue Dept. Bauer Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
