NORTH ROYALTON – Royalton Hills President Jean Gubeno recently presented Brad Pell, manager of Royalton’s Drug Mart, with the club’s Founder’s Award recognizing Pell’s dedication to the annual Christmas in July fundraiser benefiting the city’s Salvation Army branch the past nine years.
