To the Editor:
In regards to the letter titled “Lessons I learned...” in the April 15 edition of The Post, isn’t the writer being a bit uncharitable towards Republicans? I know quite a few Republicans and they don’t fit the writer’s description at all. Republicans generally believe in less government, more individual responsibility, unlike most Democrats who believe the more government the better. If the writer refuses to believe and accept the items mentioned, then he shouldn’t. They aren’t true.
