The Buckeye Athletic Boosters are hosting a golf outing Sunday, May 28, at Coppertop at Cherokee Hills Golf Course in Valley City. Registration is 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with hot dogs, chips and soda served. The four-person scramble has a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Golfers will receive 18 holes with cart including GPS for $58. A buffet dinner of Italian sausage pasta, grilled chicken, mini burgers, corn on the cob, potato salad and baked beans with nonalcoholic beverages are included in the outing price. A free practice round (cart not included) may be taken prior to the event.
