Man charged with gross sexual imposition
Jerry Stanley, 45, of Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty March 9 to 20 counts of gross sexual imposition, all of which are fourth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for May 8.

The following people appeared in court March 13:

Ronald Durbin, 52, of Wadsworth, pleaded no contest to two counts of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, both of which are fourth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for April 24.

Tyler Taylor, 22, of Wadsworth, pled not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 8.

Katherine Smith, 31, of Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty March 9 to one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 8.

Christopher Wheeler, 21, of Wadsworth, was sentenced March 6 to four years of community control sanctions on aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

Haley Payerchin, 25, of Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty March 2 to one count of theft of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 3.
