The following people appeared in court March 20:
Thomas Clark, 35, of Medina, pleaded guilty to three counts of rape, all of which are first-degree felonies, and 10 counts of gross sexual imposition, all of which are third-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for May 1.
Luke Downing, 24, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felonious assault, both of which are second-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for May 17.
Toni Moore, 33, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for June 21.
Eric Wilson, 68, of Medina, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for May 1.
The following people appeared in court March 16:
Zdravko Plavljanic, 59, of Medina, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions and 30 days in jail on one count of assault and one count of sexual imposition, both misdemeanor counts. He was also labeled as a Tier I Sex Offender.
Steven Dunkle, 18, of Medina, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of public indecency, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to not have contact with anyone younger than 18 years old.
Antonio D. Johnson, 23, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of burglary, a second-degree felony, and one count of having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 15.
