Missing Rittman girl safe in Florida, police say

RITTMAN – A girl reported missing in February is safe in Florida, police say.
Holly Gross was entered as a missing juvenile Feb. 10, 2017 but turned 18 May 29. Rittman Police Chief Ray Arcuri said she called his department by telephone May 31 to say she was OK and had left home of her own free will.
“Holly was told to turn herself in at the nearest police department,” Arcuri said. “Subsequently, a sheriff’s deputy from Florida sent us a teletype verifying Holly was there. We removed Holly from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database and National Crime Information Computer system as a missing child.”
