Raymond Melvin
Raymond Neal Melvin, 64, passed away April 18, 2017. He was born in Medina on Oct. 27, 1952, to Clarence and Arline (Charlton) Melvin.
He retired as a mechanic from Medina County Engineer’s Office after over 20 years of service. Raymond was an avid outdoorsman; he especially loved trapshooting, fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed woodworking and automobiles, and flying RC airplanes.
Raymond is survived by his parents, Clarence and Arline; brother, Ned (Brenda) Melvin; and his nephew, Matthew Melvin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Raymond’s memory to Hinckley Fire and Rescue, 1616 Ridge Road, Hinckley, Ohio 44233 or the Hinckley Police Department 1410 Ridge Road Hinckley, Ohio 44233.
