Seville man sentenced on drug count
The following people appeared in court March 23:
Joshua Helton, 20, of Seville, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Timothy Vondriska, 19, of Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 23.
