MEDINA – Local real estate agent Steve Masica earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member distinction April 4. Masica has been working on the advanced coursework in financial and market analysis for the past four years. His work culminated in a trip to Chicago to complete his final course and sit for a six-hour test. 
He joins the ranks of only three other agents in greater Medina to hold the designation. Of the distinction, Masica states, “The CCIM designation gives me the educational tools to help my clients make the most informed financial decisions when making real estate investments.”
