To the Editor:

Isham Elementary School held its annual Ice Cream Social sponsored by the Isham PTO on May 11 and it was a huge success!

Classroom baskets were donated for a drawing and there was also a large selection of items up for bid in our silent auction. In addition to delicious ice cream, families had the opportunity to visit classrooms to view students’ Young Author books and artwork, pet the newly hatched chicks in fourth grade, see the recently transformed butterflies in third grade and kids could also play on the playground.

The Isham PTO and staff would like to thank the following businesses and organizations for their generous contributions to our silent auction: The Wadsworth All-State All-American Wrestling Skills Camp, Cleveland Indians affiliate WQKT radio in Wooster, the Wadsworth Amateur Soccer Association, Wadsworth Youth Football Camp, the Wadsworth Lady Grizzly Basketball program, the Wadsworth Grizzly Boys Basketball program, the Wadsworth Grizzly Tennis program, the Wadsworth Grizzly Volleyball program, the Wadsworth Athletic Department, the Lake County Captains, Amazone, Jenny Kabasky of Grapevine and Burlap, the Wadsworth YMCA, Deer Pass Golf Course, Jump Start Sports, Justina Kline at M.C.
