To the Editor:
How lucky we are to live in a city that cares so much for its downtown area. Thanks to the generous donations of many community members, the purchase of flowers and new containers has been made possible. The hanging baskets are overflowing with blooms, as are the corner pots. Also, look for the new urns of flowers in the gazebo park, and in the Bicksler/Sub Station alley and the Alexandri's alley.
In addition to the public support, Wadsworth has developed two more areas for colorful annuals: In North Park on High Street and a small bed on the tree lawn area by the High Street entrance to City Hall parking.
Again, thank you to all who helped make our downtown so lovely. Take a stroll through the heart of our town and you will be rewarded!
