Man charged with underage sex count
The following people appeared in court June 26:

Mathew McKeever, 22, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Joseph Nagy, 18, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 23.

Stephen Piatt, 19, of Medina, pled not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Sept. 27.

Robert Radel, 39, of Medina, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony.

Jamie Charlton, 42, of Medina, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions, with 90 days in jail, on one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

The following people appeared in court June 22:

Ryan Sterrett, 32, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of corrupting another with drugs, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 21.

Richard Umble, 39, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 21.
