US mortgage rates

New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage was unchanged at 3.71 percent, the same as the week before.

The MBTA’s data plan

The Harvard Kennedy School and the Taubman Center for State and Local Government are sponsoring an event with MBTA officials who will discuss how data will be used to improve performance and communication with riders.
