Cantaloupe-ginger batido

Serves 2

4 ice cubes

2½ cups cantaloupe, chopped

1 piece (1½ inches) fresh ginger, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

Mint leaves for garnish

1. In a blender, place the ice cubes and pulse until crushed.

2. Add the cantaloupe, ginger, and lime juice and process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Sena Desai Gopal
