The Williams College grad was one of eight nominated by the New England Small College Athletic Conference for NCAA Woman of the Year. The D3soccer.com Midfielder of the Year was named to the All-NCAA tournament team, and captained the Ephs to a Division 3 title.

A Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Conference player before graduating from Lasell College in 2014, Uberti currently has a scorching .389 batting average for the Brighton Braves, good for fifth in the league.

Aly Raisman

Needham

The 22-year-old Needham native found out on Monday that she qualified for the Rio Olympics. It will be her second straight trip to the Games. In the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Raisman notched three medals in gymnastics.
