Re “Reach and regrip: lessons beyond play’’ (Page A1, Nov. 24): This magnificent story of loss, courage, and success is a great reminder of how we all do better with a little help from those around us. Leo, Amelia, and Dillon and their teachers haven’t let Leo’s initial setbacks hold him back. He discovered his abilities with their cheerleading and encouragement. May they all keep their can-do attitude as they get older and wiser.
