Hot time at Hot Pink benefit

Elin Hilderbrand, author of innumerable best-selling beach reads, was the featured speaker at Thursday’s Hot Pink Luncheon & Symposium, a benefit for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation held Thursday at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Hilderbrand, a breast cancer survivor who lives on Nantucket, was on a panel that included Dr. Kornelia Polyak from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Dr. Dennis C. Sgroi from Massachusetts General Hospital. Guests included the Commonwealth’s first lady Lauren Baker, AG Maura Healey, Nancy Kelleher, Kelley Tuthill, Stephanie Andrews, Andrea Brooks, Katherine Chapman, Karen Hale, Elena Matlack, Liz Kelleher Sells, Simone Winston, Lynn Dale, Elisha Daniels, Corrine Grousbeck, Linda Holliday, Sinesia Karol, Sandra Krakoff, and Linda Waintrup. . . . The Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab was dedicated Thursday and VIP guests included Fidelity’s Peter Lynch, Celtics’ president of basketball ops Danny Ainge, former governor Deval Patrick, Ma`yor Marty Walsh, former US senator Mo Cowan, and US Representative Joe Kennedy III.
