Well, now we’ve done it, and Donald Trump has been sworn in. I firmly believe that the Democrats hold just as much blame for this as the Republicans, given the quality of their candidate, but enough finger-pointing. It’s time to start planning.
Give us strong, smart, principled, viable candidates from BOTH sides to choose from in 2020. Make sure BOTH parties are listening to the people.
Don’t put up candidates because “it’s their turn.’’ We all need to start working toward 2020 now, regardless of our party affiliation.
The 2020 election will be here before you know it. Get involved in your party, and make sure to support qualified candidates, locally and nationally.
You may just find that this helps you survive the next four years without losing your mind.
