US mortgage rates

New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage rose to 3.50 percent from 3.44 percent the week before.

Patio mixer

Cambridge Family and Children’s Service’s Young Professionals Council is having its second annual patio mixer to benefit its teen residential programs. Come out for drinks and networking with other young professionals from the Boston area. All proceeds support the men and women aging out of foster care and transitioning to adulthood.
