Fumes kept Boston Fire Department hazmat crews from reaching a fallen worker during an ammonia leak Wednesday night at a Stavis Seafoods warehouse. Four other employees on duty were able to evacuate. The leak prompted street closings and orders to stay clear of the area. B1.
