The Founding Fathers gave us the gift of self-government
letter to the editor
To the Editor:
Letter writer, why do you worry about such things when Trump has nothing to do with you, I or a nation of land and people? The Founding Fathers gave us the gift of self-government. Neither of the Constitutions have anything to do with us, the people. They exist only for the protection and security of property. Rights of the people? The common law, The Bill of Rights secures and protects these rights. They are for you, I, all people of the nation, giving you recourse for harm, injury and damages through the courts. However, the 13th and the 14th amendment screwed the people with the word citizen, making the Republic into a Democracy thereby committing Treason to the Republic. You as a citizen of the “United States.” Registering to vote and actually casting that vote is committing the treason.
1802-3 version Ohio Constitution: Article VIII. Bill of Rights. That the general, great and essential principles of liberty and free government may be recognized and forever unalterably established, we declare: Section 1. That all men born equally free and independent, and have certain natural, inherent and unalienable rights; amongst which are the enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety; and every free republican government, being founded on their sole authority, and organized for the great purpose of protecting their rights and liberties, and securing their independence; to effect these ends, they have at all times a complete power to alter, reform or abolish their government, whenever they may deem it necessary.
Compare this with the current version? Free and independent of what?
You cannot impeach a president unless you restore the Republic? The United States of America. Get rid of the Democracy, the United States.
