A junior righthander at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, he tossed a four-hit, nine-strikeout, no-walk shutout in a 1-0 win over Westfield State. The Blackstone Valley grad, 5-1 overall, was the MASCAC Pitcher of the Week for the 20-13 Bucs.

The University of Massachusetts sophomore broke his own school in the pole vault, clearing 15 feet, 11.25 inches at the University of New Hampshire pre-conference meet. His jump was an IC4A qualfying-mark.

The Westfield State senior captured the discus and the shot put at the MASCAC meet for the fourth straight year — as well as winning the hammer throw. She set a meet record in the discus (41.61 meters).
