Regarding the outrageous escalation of mass shootings with semiautomatic weapons in America: There have always been, and there will always be, people who are sick, insane, angry, or hateful. We cannot legislate them away. But there is no reason we should keep it legal and easy for them to obtain weapons of mass destruction.
