Openings: Gita at Wink & Nod is now open (3 Appleton St. at Tremont Street). It’s the culinary incubator’s fifth pop-up and the first restaurant from chef Gita Kantrow. The Nepali-themed spot is open Monday through Saturday beginning at 5 p.m., with a bar and late-night menu coming soon. Look for momos in tomato chutney, garlic cheese naan, masala fried chicken, peppercorn-charred salmon, and cardamom shortcake. It replaces Greek pop-up Pelekasis.
