Melissa Rivers was the keynote speaker at Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston’s annual Pomegranate Society and Friends event on May 9. The “Fashion Police’’ host addressed a sold-out crowd at the Westin Waltham Boston hotel, and talked about what it was like being raised by her mom, Joan Rivers, one of the most famous ladies in showbiz.
