Good for you, Paramount Network. The channel formerly doing business as Spike has found a good way to draw some eyes.

While new episodes of “Roseanne’’ have become a political and aesthetic battleground, PN is adding old episodes of the sitcom to its lineup. The run will begin with a marathon on Tuesday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. — leading into the premiere of another new episode of the revival on ABC. The marathon will be thematic, with a focus on the relationship between Darlene (Sara Gilbert) and David (Johnny Galecki), which will be a storyline on that night’s ABC episode.

Beginning on Wednesday, April 18, PN will run four old episodes of “Roseanne’’ each weekday from 4 to 6 p.m.
