Microsoft and more

The Massachusetts companies Thermo Fisher Scientific, Skyworks Solutions Inc., and Raytheon Co. are all expected on Thursday to release earnings reports for the fiscal period that ended in December. Microsoft Corp. is also expected to release its earning report on Thursday.

ECONOMIC DATA

Mortgage rates

New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released on Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage fell to 3.81 percent from 3.92 percent the week before.

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is honoring eight women who have made a substantial impact on the Boston business scene at its 2016 Pinnacle Awards. Previous Pinnacle award winners include former MBTA general manager Beverly A. Scott (above) and journalist Emily Rooney.
