FROM THE MEDFORD KIWANIS CLUB — Members of the Kiwanis Club of Medford posed with Globe Santa at Tiki Island, a restaurant in Medford. Vincent Piro (front right) facilitated the club’s first donations to Globe Santa. Member Rita Cornelio (not pictured) received Globe Santa gifts as a child. Chuck Veneziano (to the left of Santa) is the club’s president. The club donated $3,600 to Globe Santa, a foundation that provided presents to more than 35,000 children in need this year.
